Refund policy
Returns
Desire Tableware has a 7-day refund policy. If seven days have passed since you received your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused; and in the same condition, you received it (unopened). It must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Open Pack
- Sales Items
- Clearance items
- Damaged packaging
- Damaged products
- Open inner sealed packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without first confirming the refund by email.
You must send back the item by signature courier in order for the refund to be accepted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any original packaging that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you if your refund has been accepted.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
We will refund the amount you paid for the purchase minus third party commission (if applicable) and the cost of shipping the item to your place to compensate for our free delivery policy.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, for sale items, we are unable to be refunded.
Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, For Clearance items, we are unable to be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are factory defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to desiretableware@gmail.com to arrange the next steps.
The return shipping cost to the store and new products to the customer place is at customers( We offer only one free shipping).
Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return (no money refund). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
The return shipping cost of the goods to the store is at customers.
