- How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free all-over New Zealand … a considerable saving for our customers given the weight and size of packages. Please note, courier fees do apply for deliveries to Waiheke Island and Stewart Island.
For Worldwide Shipping, please send us an e-mail with the destination address, and we will provide you with a quote within 48 hours.
- Can I pick my order up from in person?
Sure, pick up can be arranged by emailing us at desiretableware@gmail.com.
- How do I return an Item purchased online?
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please contact us regarding any problems and we will look to provide a quick solution.
Any item purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 7 working days. The shipping fees to return and/or exchange goods are at the buyer’s expense. The goods returned must be still sealed and as per the original conditions in order to be eligible for a refund / exchange.
For any damage attributable to the shipment, please report to the relevant courier company before signing (at delivery) and notify us immediately (we have only 48 hours to raise a claim with the courier company).

- How much do you charge for shipping to Australia?
This depends on the final destination, along with the weight / size of the parcel. We work with Fastway couriers for all Australia shipments.
We have a different price for the different set (weight), please read the info below:
- Set with 8 pcs ( up to 2kg) = From 48 NZ$ (all included)
- Set with 27& 28 pcs (12 kg) = From 97 NZ$ (all included)
- Set with 29 pcs ( 15 kg ) = From 112 NZ$ ( all included)
- Set with 35 pcs (16.500 kg) = From 128 NZ$ (all included)
* The shipping cost excludes Custom Duty Destination Charge ( If any)
